Economically we are generating annual net income (after expenses) of about ₹4.00 lacs/per acre ($6,125). We are keen in knowledge sharing and transfer of our successful techno-commercial agripreneuship to all like-minded global community of agripreneurs with Build-Transfer-Operate (BTO) basis. As a pilot we are exploring such BTOs in other parts of India and overseas including Singapore and Laos.

Techno Methods
We are implementing the latest global technological methods after carrying out systematic, scientific and techno-commercial evaluation followed by retrofitting, optimization and pilot cultivation. The following methods are being intensively practiced in our integrated organic farming system:
Soil Management: We have basically converted our soil matrix to be suitable for economically important tropical crops. Also, we are maintaining the acidity and basicity at nearby to neutral condition (pH: ~ 6.5-7.5). We adopt "zero budget" ploughing method, thereby no bulls, tillers or tractors are used for the past one decade.
Integrated Water Management: Water management is an important natural utility, where we have integrated all available resources through underground pipeline. All pipeline systems are routed to an elevated reservoir and used by gravitational flow dynamics by block and bleed system; this entire facility acts as an uninterrupted water supply system.
Integrated Weed Management: We allow plenty of friendly weeds to grow along with crops and mulch them in the soil frequently, thus mulched weeds get converted into natural agricultural manure. Also the natural green carpet formed during the process keeps the ground temperature under cool conditions and acts as growing media for earthworms and micro-organisms.
Integrated Pest & Insect Management: We use only natural controls like neem, spices, smelling plant extracts, light-traps, pheromone traps and natural predators.
Integrated Organic Nutrition Management: We strictly follow the norms of USDA National 101 list of organic inputs, only. Further, we prepare our own state of the art biotechnology based bio-enriched farm yard manure (BEFYM), which is many ways better than natural farm yard manure in bio-contents aspect.
Good Agricultural Practices (GAP): We adopt international GAP in our day to day farm activities, by which we are able to achieve the global organic specification for all our produces.
